Safe Walking Route Information
School Reunification Plan
In the event that we would need to do a large reunification of students with parent/guardian(s) during school hours we will following reunification plan
We ask that everyone enter the church parking lot that is south of Joel P Jensen. You will be handed a card to fill out with your students'
information. Please stay in your vehicle. Bring your identification, you must be listed in Skyward to be able to pick your student up.
Once you come to the exit of the church you will give your completed reunification card and Identification to one of our staff. They will verify your identification then they will assign you a letter and a number. Please stay in your vehicle.
You will then proceed to one of the three lanes that you are assigned and wait for your student to be brought out to your car. Please stay in your vehicle.
Walking Guardian/Parent(s)
Please walk up to South of the entrance of the school parking lot, a table will be set up in the front of the LDS Church south of Joel P Jensen Middle School, please have identification ready.
